William Bardin, owner of RoadReady Automotive Repair and Service, has been passionate about machines and mechanics since childhood. From flying airplanes with his father at just two years old to building aircraft and vehicles from a young age, hands‑on engineering has always been part of his life. That passion carried into formal automotive education and real‑world experience, shaping the performance‑driven, detail‑focused approach behind the shop today.
As an ASE‑certified professional with training from UTI, WTI, and advanced real‑world programs, William remains actively involved in the day‑to‑day operations of the shop. His leadership ensures every vehicle receives careful attention, accurate diagnostics, and workmanship that meets the highest standards—whether it’s routine maintenance or performance tuning.
